As a Mechanical Project Engineer at Royal Advance Electromechanical Works, I am responsible for managing and coordinating all mechanical engineering activities, including engineering documentation, shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, and as-built updates, ensuring full compliance with project specifications, QA/QC standards, and authority requirements. I supervise subcontractors and suppliers, review scopes, ensure timely submission of technical documents, and verify compliance with approved designs and codes. I oversee site execution of HVAC, chilled water, smoke management, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and LPG systems, ensuring correct installation, testing, commissioning, and BMS integration while resolving site clashes and builders’ work requirements. I manage inspections, NCRs, risk items, and HSE compliance, lead technical briefings, monitor daily progress reports and look-ahead programs, and support method statement implementation. I perform design verifications including HAP, pump head, ESP, CFD, acoustic, and seismic studies, and ensure proper pipe and duct sizing per standards. Additionally, I coordinate design changes, procurement schedules, site communication, and technical support to ensure smooth execution and successful project delivery.
