Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibility
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure timely project execution.
Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges encountered during project execution.
Conduct inspections and tests to verify compliance with quality and safety standards.
Prepare and maintain quality assurance documentation and reports.
Conduct safety meetings, toolbox talks, and safety audits.
Report and investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses.
Track project progresses against the schedule and budget.
Manage project documentation, including change orders, progress reports, and as-built drawings.
Lead and supervise site engineering teams.
Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or related field. Experience: Minimum of 9-12 years of experience to organize and lead shutdown, turnaround of mechanical maintenance work of static equipment as well as brown field projects with at least 5 years in lead position preferably in gulf region. Certifications: PMP, NEBOSH, or equivalent certifications are desirable. Knowledge: In-depth understanding of oil & gas industry standards, codes, and regulations.
