Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Visit assigned projects regularly and monitor work progress.

  • Ensure project execution as per approved program, drawings, and specifications.

  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.

  • Discuss, submit, and obtain approvals for shop drawings.

  • Ensure site works are executed strictly as per approved drawings.

  • Prepare and submit daily progress reports to management.

  • Report daily on site progress, manpower, and subcontractor status to Project Manager.

  • Monitor team performance and site productivity.

  • Ensure proper storage, handling, and protection of materials at site.

  • Ensure surplus/remaining materials are returned to company store.

  • Ensure timely submission of progress invoices, payment certificates, and collections.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: Minimum 8 years UAE experience in Interior Design, Fit-Out & Joinery


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

  • Strong experience in ID Fit-Out & Joinery execution.

  • Good communication skills in English.

  • UAE Driving License – Mandatory.

  • Immediate availability preferred.
