Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer with strong expertise in swimming pool construction and water feature projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing site execution, coordinating with contractors and consultants, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and delivering projects within approved timelines and budgets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise swimming pool construction and installation activities from start to project completion.

  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.

  • Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical requirements.

  • Monitor site progress and ensure work is executed according to approved plans and quality standards.

  • Supervise installation of pool systems including filtration systems, pumps, piping, waterproofing, lighting, and MEP works.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, municipality standards, and project requirements.

  • Conduct site inspections, testing, commissioning, and snagging activities.

  • Prepare project schedules, daily/weekly progress reports, and site documentation.

  • Coordinate procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.

  • Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support during execution.

  • Monitor project costs, variations, and resource utilization.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.

  2. Minimum 3–8 years of experience in swimming pool construction/projects.

  3. Strong knowledge of pool systems, water circulation, filtration, waterproofing, and MEP coordination.

  4. Experience in site execution, project coordination, and contractor management.

  5. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.

  6. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.

  7. UAE/GCC experience preferred.
