Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing:
Billing Management:
Prepare and issue accurate and timely invoices based on project milestones, timesheets, and approved documentation.
Track billing schedules and ensure alignment with contract terms and client expectations.
Resolve billing discrepancies and follow up on outstanding payments.
Documentation Coordination:
Collect and verify timesheets, leave forms, and other relevant documents from internal departments.
Maintain organized records to support billing and audit requirements.
Client Coordination:
Liaise with client representatives to obtain timely approvals for billing-related documentation.
Address client queries related to invoices and project financials.
Reporting & Compliance:
Generate regular financial reports on project billing status, outstanding receivables, and forecasted cash flows.
Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external contractual obligations.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to streamline the billing process and improve documentation workflows.
Support the implementation of billing systems or tools as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in project accounting or billing coordination.
Strong understanding of billing processes and project financial management.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile
