Roles & Responsibilities
The role of a Project Financial Analyst for the Middle East & India involves managing financial aspects of various projects in these regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, reporting, and analysis, ensuring that projects stay within budget and adhere to financial regulations. This role demands a thorough understanding of the financial operations pertinent to the Middle East and Indian markets, an ability to analyze financial data, and provide insightful recommendations. Specialists in this role will work closely with project managers, business units, and senior management to ensure successful financial outcomes and to mitigate financial risks. Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to assist in project budgeting and forecasting efforts.
- Work closely with project management teams to monitor financial progress.
- Compile and present financial reports and updates to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations specific to the Middle East and India.
- Provide guidance on cost-saving measures and revenue enhancement strategies.
- Review and interpret financial statements and project performance reports.
- Identify financial risks and develop strategies for mitigation and resolution.
- Coordinate with finance teams for accurate financial record-keeping and reporting.
- Assist in preparing financial models and analysis for project investments.
- Support business case development and project financial evaluations.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project financial success.
- Work on improving financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of three years of experience in financial analysis or project finance.
- Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Familiarity with financial regulations in the Middle Eastern and Indian markets.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel applications.
- Exceptional communication skills to present data effectively to stakeholders.
- High attention to detail with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
