Job Title: Project Governance Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Governance Specialist to ensure effective governance and control across our project portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining project governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Develop, implement, and maintain project governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.

2. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

3.Identify, assess, and mitigate project-related risks.

4. Coordinate internal and external audits, and ensure implementation of audit recommendations.

5.Monitor project progress, identify issues, and report to stakeholders.

6. Communicate with stakeholders, including project sponsors, project managers, and team members.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience in project governance, risk management, or audit.

2. PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent project management certification.

3. Strong knowledge of project governance, risk management, and audit principles.

4.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

5.Knowledge of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.

6.Experience with project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
