Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Execute FEED and Detailed Engineering for instrumentation systems

  • Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning activities

  • Manage full instrumentation scope of projects, including vendor coordination

  • Handle Management of Change (MOC) activities

  • Support integration of multi-vendor control systems

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation Engineering or similar fields

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in Oil & Gas projects

  • Strong exposure to both engineering design and field execution

  • Ability to work independently as a Project Engineer

Hands-on experience with:

  • PLC Systems (Rockwell Automation, Modicon)

  • DCS Systems (ABB, Honeywell)

  • Functional Safety Systems (HIMA, Yokogawa, ICS Triplex)

  • Turbo-machinery Control Systems (GE, CCC)

  • Familiarity with Shell / QatarEnergy standards and procedures

  • Preference to candidates available for immediate joining
