The Project Lead (Civil) will oversee project execution, coordination, and delivery while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Key responsibilities include:

• Coordination and Communication:

  • Liaise with clients, their representatives, and relevant authorities.

  • Attend and represent the company in all project-related meetings.

• Project Planning and Execution:

  • Obtain NOCs from authorities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Supervise staff and subcontractor activities at work sites.

  • Plan and schedule project tasks to ensure timely completion.

  • Visit clients periodically to maintain relationships and secure additional work.

• Resource Management:

  • Ensure adequate subcontractors and materials are available for project completion.

  • Manage material requests from clients and internal teams.

  • Authorize the release of materials to subcontractors and reconcile material usage.

• Documentation and Reporting:

  • Submit invoices on time and verify diary sheets.

  • Certify subcontractor work and finalize project documentation upon completion.

  • Prepare and submit reports to higher management.

• Quality and Safety Assurance:

  • Monitor and enforce safety, quality, and standard specifications at all project sites.
