Project Lead (Interiors)

Key Responsibilities:
Spearhead the design process from initial concept through to construction documentation and site implementation.
Collaborate closely with our internal team of Designers, Visualisers, Drafters, and FF&E specialists to deliver cohesive and innovative design solutions.
Liaise with government authorities, consultants, and sub-consultants to ensure full adherence to Dubai s regulatory framework and project-specific requirements.
Track design milestones and progress, ensuring all deliverables are completed on schedule.
Align design development with feasibility studies and investment objectives.
Assess and approve design submissions to uphold high standards of quality, functionality, and market appeal.
Contribute strategically to refining internal design workflows and elevating overall project outcomes.
Serve as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining strong professional relationships throughout the design journey.
