Roles & Responsibilities

As part of a high-impact team working directly with the Head of Commercial, this role offers significant ownership, autonomy, and visibility across the organization. The Project Lead will take the lead on cross-functional initiatives, streamline processes, and drive performance optimization by collaborating closely with business, product, and operational teams.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end execution of key projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
  • Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, translating requirements into actionable plans.
  • Analyze existing business processes, identify gaps, and recommend data-backed improvements.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to define project scopes and deliverables.
  • Track and report project performance through clear KPIs and dashboards.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of project progress, risks, and outcomes.
  • Use SQL and analytical tools to extract insights that support strategic decision-making.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3 4 years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, or a similar role in tech or digital companies.
  • Strong command of SQL and comfort working with large datasets.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience in or with companies like Daraz, Careem, Foodpanda, or similar tech-driven organizations is a plus.
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
