Job Title: Project Leader Location: Greece (On-site) Start Date: Immediate About the Role: We are seeking a Project Leader based in Greece who has a strong understanding of Lebanese work culture or prior experience working with Lebanese teams/clients. The ideal candidate will be able to collaborate effectively across multicultural environments and manage projects smoothly from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate ongoing projects with internal and external stakeholders Communicate with teams familiar with Lebanese work processes and expectations Ensure timely delivery of project milestones Prepare reports, documentation, and project updates Manage cross-functional communication
Desired Candidate Profile
Must be based in Greece Proven experience as a Project Leader or similar role Exposure to Lebanese work culture OR experience working with Lebanese organizations/clients Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Preferred: Prior experience in multicultural or Middle Eastern projects Familiarity with project management tools
