The Project Management Business Partner supports project teams in an aerospace environment by ensuring operational steering, risk management, financial tracking, and the implementation of effective reporting tools.
They act as a true facilitator between technical teams, business stakeholders, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and update project schedules and planning tools.
• Drive action drumbeats and consolidate project data for reporting.
• Update and analyze KPIs to support project performance tracking.
• Organize and facilitate management meetings, including drafting Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
• Develop and maintain dashboards and project tracking tools.
• Coordinate internal events and team activities.

Required Profile :

• Master's degree (BAC+5) or Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering
• Project management and cost control
• Experience: 3 to 5 years
• Data management and data visualization tools: Looker Studio, Power BI
• Proficient in Google Workspace tools: GSheet, GSlide, GSite
• Good knowledge of MS Project
• Strong command of French and English
• Interest in technical topics and complex environments
• Adaptability, responsiveness, and attention to detail
