Roles & Responsibilities

Coordinating all aspects of a project, establishing and monitoring the schedule, defining the scope, and ensuring that all the details align with the project's overall objectives

- Leading and managing cross-functional projects within the
organization. - Developing and managing project plans, timelines. - Coordinating and overseeing the work of cross-functional project teams - Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues - Communicating project status and updates to stakeholders - Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within the required quality
standards - Providing guidance and mentoring to junior project managers - Documenting and sharing best practices and lessons learned - Collaborating with department heads and

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Engineering

At least 3 years of experience

Proven track record of managing complex projects.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with project management tools, software & SAP

PMP certification preferred

Meticulous planning, accurate forecasting, systematic organization, and stringent control of resources.

Coordination skills, keen foresight, and a deep understanding of the end-to-end process of seeing a project through to its successful completion.

Managing a project and its components, turning an idea or a plan into a
tangible, successful outcome.
