Project Management Expert Technology Program Manager

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business Management, or related major.
• Experience:
• 20+ years of overall experience.
• 15+ years in Project Management within UAE Corporate and Government sectors.
• Skills & Certifications:
• Strong bilingual communication (Arabic/English).
• Expertise in managing Central Data Platforms (CDP).
• Proficiency in SDLC (Waterfall and Agile).
• PMP, Scrum, or Prince2 certification.
• Strong program strategy, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management skills.
• Knowledge of UAE cybersecurity standards and compliance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement program strategies for Central Data Platforms (CDP).
• Ensure proper governance to manage dependencies across departments and vendors.
• Oversee platform development, upgrades, and release plans to meet evolving business requirements.
• Act as the primary contact for stakeholders, including operations, security, and the Ministry of Finance.
• Collaborate with UAE Cybersecurity Council for compliance with security standards.
• Monitor performance and availability of eInvoicing services and infrastructure.
• Ensure adherence to eInvoicing standards, data privacy laws, and cybersecurity protocols.
• Evaluate and manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor service-level agreements.
• Report program progress to steering committees and address project roadblocks.
