SETS is on the look for a Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) Expert to join its IT Department in Madinah .The jobholder reports to the PMO Director.

Identify and plan the PMIS system components, preparing the timeline for system construction, testing, installation, and maintenance, and determining the elements required for system operation

Conduct necessary research and studies to develop the work environment, analyzing results, evaluating available solutions, and identifying the best alternatives

Prepare specialized documents and reports related to construction and engineering works and projects, their progress percentages, and presenting, explaining, and storing them in the database according to approved policies and procedures

Develop and configure work methods flows and procedures and keep pace with technical developments

Monitor system configuration and installation processes, overseeing testing during installation, and evaluating system performance

Prepare specialized documents and reports related to construction and engineering projects, their progress percentages, and presenting, explaining, and store them in the database according to approved policies and procedures

Bachelor s degree in computer engineering, IT, or a related field from an accredited university with at least 10 years of experience using project management software

Experience in working with Project Management Offices (PMOs)

Experience working as a PMIS specialist or expert using Oracle Unifier

Experience with other PMIS systems is a plus (such as SAP and PMWeb).

Experience in System design, BASIC (programming language).Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Computer-Aided Software Engineering Tools and Computing and Networking Solutions

Proficiency in Oracle Unifier Administrator

Experience developing dashboards, especially using PowerBI

Advanced expertise in their field, the ability to solve complex problems, and the capacity to innovate and improve processes within the government context

PMP from PMI

Power BI certificate

Training and certification in HTML, XML, XSL, XPATH, JAVASCRIPT, JQUERY, CSS, KPI ,SCRUM ,ITIL,AVA

Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
