Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Identifying and planning the PMIS system components, preparing the timeline for system construction, testing, installation, and maintenance, and determining the elements required for system operation and preparing design documents
  • Experience using PMIS systems with high preference given to Oracle Unifier in addition to other systems such as SAP and PMWeb.
  • Conducting necessary research and studies to develop the work environment, analyzing results, evaluating available solutions, and identifying the best alternatives
  • Preparing specialized documents and reports related to construction and engineering projects, their progress percentages, and presenting, explaining, and storing them in the database according to approved policies and procedures
  • Developing and configuring work flows and procedures and keeping pace with technical developments
  • Monitoring system configuration and installation processes, overseeing testing during installation, and evaluating system performance
  • Experience in working with Project Management Offices (PMOs)
  • System design
  • BASIC (programming language)
  • Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)

  • Bachelor s degree in computer engineering, IT, or a related field from an accredited university
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in using project management software
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Soft Skills: Leadership, mentorship, communication, conflict resolution, decision-making, and the ability to work independently
  • Technical Skills: Advanced expertise in their field, the ability to solve complex problems, and the capacity to innovate and improve processes within the government context
