The PMO supports Project Managers and management in monitoring, organizing, and optimizing projects. It helps ensure the quality of project management (costs, deadlines, resources, risks) through the production of dashboards, operational monitoring, and methodological support.

Main responsibilities

• Participate in project planning: coordinating meetings, updating action plans and back-planning.
• Ensure monitoring of project indicators (KPIs): costs, delays, risks, workload, quality.
• Prepare and update weekly/monthly reports.
• Contribute to budgetary control and resource monitoring.
• Centralize, structure and archive project documentation.
• Provide methodological support to project teams (templates, tools, best practices).
• Participate in the continuous improvement of project management processes.
• Monitor risks, dependencies, alerts and decision points.
