You contribute to the mastery and performance of the management of major projects, by providing support to operational teams, in achieving their objectives of cost, time, quality, through the mastery of risks and opportunities and the mastery of deliverables under the functional management of the project manager.

You will be responsible, by delegation from the project director according to the scope of responsibility, for the following roles and tasks:

• d declines the standard tools society t and is responsible for ensuring compliance with the management processes
• organizes and facilitates the steering process (reviews, milestones, decisions and actions)
• It carries out the planning, synchronizes and consolidates the integrated planning for the project and business aspects, and provides alerts (key milestones and deliverables)
• integrates partner schedules and verifies the sequences
• consolidates and analyzes expenditures, projected costs, actual costs (NRC and RC) and termination costs
• monitors the performance of the Technico co process, consolidates and alerts
• monitors the performance of the risk/opportunity management process, consolidates and alerts
• manages the operational information (indicators, reporting, operational documents, dashboards)
• proposes scenarios for decisions and contributes to the preparation of arbitration files
• supports and coaches operational teams on management processes (program management, project management, batch management, visual management, progress approach)
• supports operational teams in maintaining the pilot reference framework (including training)
• contributes to feedback from piloting and thus contributes to the progress of the assigned areas
