Roles & Responsibilities

Cairo, Egypt
Reporting To:
  • Senior Marketing Manager
Project Coordination & Execution:
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing and communication projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including creative, PR, content, and digital, to manage workflows and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
  • Ensure all project milestones and KPIs are tracked and reported effectively.
Process Management & Optimization:
  • Develop and implement project management best practices to enhance efficiency across accounts and campaigns.
  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and challenges early, proposing proactive solutions to mitigate delays.
  • Optimize resource allocation to balance workloads across team members and departments.
Communication & Stakeholder Management:
  • Serve as the key liaison between account teams, creative teams, and leadership to ensure smooth coordination and clear communication.
  • Facilitate regular check-ins and project status meetings to track progress and address any roadblocks.
  • Ensure all client and internal feedback is incorporated effectively into ongoing projects.
Reporting & Documentation:
  • Prepare detailed project reports, including performance insights and recommendations for future improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of project costs and budget utilization.
Key Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management within a marketing, advertising, or communications agency.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities to coordinate between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or MS Project).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
