Project Manager - AI Led Initiatives - KSA SAP

You will lead high impact projects that help customers transform their businesses through SAP implementations and AI enabled solutions. Your work will directly influence customer outcomes, technology adoption, and long term partnerships across the Middle East.

In this role, you will:

• Drive end to end delivery of complex projects spanning multiple business units, partners, and vendors.
• Shape customer engagements early by contributing to bid and proposal activities, defining delivery approach, governance, scope, and risk.
• Ensure alignment between customer business objectives and project outcomes, with a strong focus on AI adoption and value realization.
• Act as a trusted partner to customers, building sustainable, long term relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Lead and coordinate cross functional and cross organizational teams to deliver quality outcomes in complex environments.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, and escalations, taking ownership of de escalation and recovery activities when needed.
• Contribute to the evolution of delivery models and long term concepts that strengthen how projects are executed regionally.

You bring:

• 2 5 years of project management experience delivering medium scale, medium risk projects.
• Experience leading cross functional and distributed teams within a formal project management methodology.
• Hands on experience managing full project lifecycle artifacts (e.g., project charter, plans, schedules, budgets, financials, and reporting).
• Strong capability in project financial management, including tracking actuals, forecasting, and communicating financial status.
• Proven experience managing scope, quality, issues, and risks to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Experience working within contractual delivery frameworks, including formal review and approval processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to present delivery approaches clearly.
• Cultural awareness and experience working with customers and teams across different countries and nationalities.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage
