Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Project Planning: Developing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.
Budget Management: Managing project budgets, monitoring progress, and reporting on financial status.
Coordination: Coordinating efforts with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Quality Control: Ensuring compliance with quality standards and conducting necessary inspections.
Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Communication: Communicating project expectations and outcomes to team members and stakeholders.
Documentation: Maintaining project documentation and reporting regularly on project status to executives and stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile
A successful Project Manager for new building construction should have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, with experience in construction project management. Additional certifications such as a Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) can be advantageous.
