Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager – High Rise Buildings to lead and manage large-scale tower projects from execution through completion.
The ideal candidate must have proven UAE experience in high-rise residential or mixed-use towers, with strong leadership and technical coordination capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end execution of high-rise building projects
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
Control project schedules, budgets, and quality
Oversee structural, MEP, and finishing works
Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and project specifications
Lead site teams and resolve technical and operational challenges

Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements (Mandatory):
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
10+ years of experience in construction projects
Minimum 5 years managing high-rise / tower projects in the UAE
Strong knowledge of high-rise construction methodologies
Experience working with main contractors or developers
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Candidate must be currently based in the UAE
Immediate joiners preferred
Notice period must not exceed two (2) weeks
� Candidates without high-rise tower experience or UAE-based availability will not be considered
