Project Manager Civil AL HAJIRY TRADING CO. LLC

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Project Manager with a minimum of 15 years of experience in construction works, to lead and manage a prestigious Project, featuring an iconic sky bridge and associated waterfront developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall management, execution, and timely delivery of the project as per approved design, quality, and safety standards.
• Lead and supervise multidisciplinary construction teams and subcontractors.
• Coordinate effectively with Client, Consultant, and Government Authorities to ensure seamless communication and approvals.
• Plan, monitor, and control project progress, budget, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with all contractual, safety, and quality requirements.

Required Experience & Technical Expertise:
The ideal candidate must have proven experience in the execution and management of the following:

1. Steel bridge construction (preferably architectural or iconic structures)
2. Marine works, including quay walls and waterfront infrastructure
3. Piling and foundation works
4. Landscaping & Irrigation systems
5. Water features and decorative elements
6. MEP services (mechanical, electrical & plumbing integration)
7. Suspension and cantilever structural projects
