Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring completion within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Oversee all phases of construction for residential, villa, and high-rise building projects.
  • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Review project designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure alignment with objectives.
  • Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and present updates to senior management.
  • Implement safety and quality control procedures across all project stages.
  • Manage procurement schedules, site logistics, and contractor performance.
  • Ensure adherence to local regulations and standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 14 years of experience in civil construction projects.
  • Proven experience managing residential, villa, and high-rise building projects.
  • Mandatory: Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) Certificate.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Availability: Can join immediately.
