Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all phases of construction projects (planning, execution, handover).

  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.

  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

  • Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to timelines and specifications.

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.

  • Manage procurement processes and subcontractor performance.

  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

  • Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.

  • Oversee contract administration, variations, and claims.

  • Ensure effective cost control and financial tracking of projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

  • Minimum 8–15 years of experience in building construction and contracting.

  • Proven experience managing residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.

  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and regulations in Oman/GCC.

  • Experience in handling subcontractors and multi-disciplinary teams.

  • Familiarity with contract forms (e.g., FIDIC) is preferred.

  • PMP certification is a plus.
