We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our construction team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and external contractors to ensure all activities are executed efficiently and safely. Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource efficiency.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment.
• Create detailed project schedules and monitor progress against timelines.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures across all construction activities.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the on-site project team to optimize performance.
• Negotiate contracts with subcontractors ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
• Assess project risks regularly and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all sites.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders and management.
• Resolve any issues that arise on-site swiftly and efficiently.
• Promote strong communication channels between all project participants.
• Continuously seek improvements in operational efficiencies and cost reductions.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a project management role.
• Proven experience managing large construction projects successfully from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, means, and methods.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills essential.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations in construction.
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
