Desired Candidate Profile
Lead, supervise, and manage the execution of construction activities on-site, ensuring alignment with project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
Implement best practices in quality control, safety, and environmental compliance.
Monitor project progress, prepare detailed reports, and present updates to senior management.
Resolve construction and design-related issues quickly and effectively.
Ensure adherence to all contractual, financial, and legal obligations.
Oversee project handover, ensuring high standards of finishing and client satisfaction.
