Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and scheduling project timelines, milestones, and deadlines for assigned areas of responsibility
- Leading the team and coordinating with the project team, including subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Reviewing and approving all relevant on-site documentation
- Allocating resources including labor, materials, and equipment to ensure optimal use and project progress
- Communicating and reporting with departments, teams, subcontractors, and workers
- Contributing ideas and innovations for future projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Construction Management or a related field
- 5+ years of project management experience with progressively increasing responsibility
- Certification or professional license is an advantage
- Proven leadership experience on construction projects
- Strong background in detailed planning, quality and quantity control, and project goal analysis
- Experience with internal departmental communication and coordination across all management levels
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Primavera
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to align with the company s vision and mission
- Strategic thinking and creative planning abilities
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Desired Candidate Profile
