DEPARTMENT: Project Management Office (PMO)

GRADE/LEVEL: Senior / Junior

LOCATION: Muscat - Khuwair

Purpose and Summary:

• Responsible for the operational management of all the members in PMO.
• All major / minor projects assigned needs to be delivered / executed by coordination, executive control and completion of the project while remaining aligned with the strategy, commitments and goals of the organization.

Key Responsibilities /Duties

• Assisting in establishing a Project Management Office to oversee multiple projects.
• Liaising with stakeholders such as project personnel, vendors, and end-users regarding project requirements.
• Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions.
• Collect and manage project team
• Schedule project resources
• Create and maintain a schedule and project timeline
• Support and direct implementation team
• Help define project scope, goals and deliverables
• Review and Monitor projects run by team members.
• Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs (adaptive to change)
• Good Team player with Problem-solving and leadership skills
• Project planning, risk management, time management and other project management skills
• Proficiency in project management software tools
• Lead quality assurance Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
• Completing the assigned projects as per agreed schedules.
• Maintaining the documentations as agreed with the customers.

Qualifications and Competencies :

• Bachelors degree.
• 7-10 years experience in IT System integrator managing infrastructure project such as
• Virtualization project
• Storage and Backup project
• Network and cyber security project

• Excellent communication skills
• PMP / PRINCE2 (or) equivalent certifications are MANDATORY
• Project Planning & Scheduling
• Risk Management Budget Management
• Change Management: Managing scope changes, stakeholder expectations, and project adaptations
