Project Manager - District Cooling Easa Saleh Al Gurg Group LLC

The project manager will be responsible for the overall execution of district cooling projects such as Permanent and Temporary District Cooling Plants, Chilled water networks, ETS rooms etc.

• Execution of district cooling projects, including planning, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover. • Execution of DCP plants projects. • Support estimation team to provide valuable inputs in optimizing the costing and preparation of technical tender documents. • Execution of district cooling chilled water network projects within Right of Way following the standards and requirements of RTA. • Preparation of traffic diversion proposals for road diversions. • Ensure the timely submission of project documents and coordinate with Clint for necessary approvals on timely manner. • Experience in completing minimum 2 DCP plant and aware of the process and sequence for initiation to completion of DCP plant. • Awareness of technical Fundamentals of DCP, Stages of Handing over of DCP, knowledge of Key subcontractors and vendors operating in DCP plant. • Budget and costing of the project works and ensuring smooth operation and successful mile stone are meet in defined timelines. • Set Defined timelines for work completion and delegate works and obtain continuous feedback from the team to ensure completion • Manage major subcontractors’ deliverables and ensure timely completion. • Awareness of relevant authorities associated with the DCP works in the operating region (Dubai & Abu Dhabi) • Effective communication skills and contractual letters acumen is mandatory • Ensure Monthly Billing cycle and progress are met to ensure positive cash flow in the project. • Good rapport with clients , consultant of DCP plants
