Position Overview
Project Manager Dubai, UAE will lead project teams to deliver ICT, ELV, and AV projects from inception to completion. The role involves planning, directing, and coordinating operations to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The Project Manager reports to the Head of Operations and is responsible for improving performance, productivity, and efficiency across project activities.

What You ll Do
* Develop and implement project execution plans and ensure quality and cost control
* Deliver projects within agreed budgets, timelines, and specifications
* Liaise with stakeholders to meet project deliverables and resolve issues
* Coordinate with project managers and directors to manage labor, materials, and subcontractors
* Supervise project progress, lead progress meetings, and report regularly to management
* Oversee on-site installation and construction work to maintain workmanship standards
* Maintain accurate project documentation and updates of planning data
* Ensure financial processes including payment applications, certifications, and variation orders are executed properly
* Monitor pre-construction activities such as material submittals and drawings to align with plans
* Assign adequate QA/QC staff and monitor quality performance
* Enforce compliance with HSE policies and actively support safety initiatives
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor s degree in IT, Communication, Electrical, or related engineering field
* PMP certification with 7 10 years of project management experience in ICT/ELV/AV systems
* Strong technical knowledge of ICT, structured cabling, security, audio-visual, and system integration
* Hands-on experience in installation, commissioning, and construction management
* Familiarity with industry standards, QS/QC processes, and local regulations
* Skilled in Primavera/MS Project, MS Office, and basic AutoCAD
* Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills
* Strong organizational abilities, detail-oriented mindset, and analytical skills
