German Job Description:
As a Project Manager (m/f/d) E-Learning, you will be responsible for the successful planning, management and monitoring of our e-learning projects for the German and European market. You will ensure that all projects run smoothly from conception to implementation and acceptance and that the agreed goals and timelines are achieved. You work closely with internal teams (didactics, editing, design & technology/production) as well as external partners and are the central contact person for all project participants. Your main tasks will include:
- Project management: Responsibility for the entire project lifecycle, including defining project objectives, creating timelines and budgets, and monitoring project progress.
- Coordination: Control and coordination of all resources and stakeholders involved to ensure efficient collaboration and on-time deliveries.
- Quality assurance: Ensuring the high quality of e-learning content and modules, both didactically and technically.
- Communication: Regular communication with clients and internal teams about project status, potential risks, and solution approaches.
- Market analysis: Monitoring trends and developments in the field of e-learning in order to develop innovative solutions for our customers.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on project performance and results.
Desired Candidate Profile
German Job Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will have the following qualifications:
- Professional experience: Several years of experience in project management, ideally in the field of e-learning, digital education or software development.
- Methodological knowledge: Sound knowledge of common project management methods (e.g. agile methods such as Scrum, classic methods such as PRINCE2).
- Language skills: Excellent written and spoken German and English skills are mandatory (business fluent, C1/C2 level). Other European language skills are a plus.
- Communication strength: Strong communication and presentation skills as well as the ability to present complex issues clearly and understandably.
- Problem solving competence: A proactive and solution-oriented way of working with the ability to meet challenges effectively.
- Organizational talent: High degree of self-organization, time management and attention to detail.
- Technical affinity: Basic understanding of e-learning technologies (e.g. learning platforms, authoring tools, SCORM/xAPI) is an advantage.
- Team Skills: A strong team player mentality and the ability to motivate and lead others.
- Training: A degree in media education, economics, IT or a comparable qualification.
