Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Orchestrate the entire EPC project lifecycle, from initial design to final commissioning, ensuring seamless execution.
- Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary project teams, fostering a collaborative environment and driving high performance.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans, optimizing for cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
- Oversee the selection and management of subcontractors and vendors, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and quality standards.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans to minimize potential disruptions.
- Drive effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and construction teams, to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Champion adherence to all safety regulations and environmental standards, creating a safe and sustainable work environment.
