Project Manager - External Works

JASARA PMC is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager - External Works to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on managing the planning, design, and execution of external works encompassing civil general assets and landscape projects within our comprehensive social infrastructure programs supporting Vision 2030.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality external works projects on time, within budget, and meeting client standards and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives and seamless project delivery.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in project management and delivery of heavy civil projects.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager managing external works including civil general assets and landscape projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil infrastructure, landscaping design, and construction processes.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary project teams and coordinating with consultants and contractors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and risks effectively.
• Familiarity with local codes, standards, and environmental regulations.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is highly desirable.
