Project Manager - Facade

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager with a strong background in facade systems to lead the pre-construction phase of high-profile projects across the Red Sea area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the design coordination, estimation, and quotation processes, ensuring technical and commercial alignment with client requirements.

• Pre-Construction Management: Lead the pre-construction phase of facade projects from concept to contract award. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to define project scope and technical requirements. Review architectural drawings and specifications to determine facade system requirements.
• Design Coordination: Coordinate with design and engineering teams to develop compliant and cost-effective facade solutions. Ensure timely delivery of design submissions and technical documentation. Participate in design meetings and value engineering workshops.
• Estimation & Quotation: Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and technical proposals for facade packages. Analyze material specifications, labor, and logistics to develop accurate pricing. Liaise with procurement and suppliers for pricing and lead times.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact during the pre-construction phase. Present technical and commercial proposals to clients and consultants. Support contract negotiations and handover to the execution team.
