Job description

Seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing Software Implementation Projects from initiation through to successful closure ensuring timely delivery, client satisfaction, and alignment with our quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Responsibilities:

  • Lead planning, coordination, and execution of multiple software development and implementation projects.
  • Lead and manage end-to-end software implementation projects
  • Coordinate internal teams and client stakeholders
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address risks or issues
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders
  • Provide regular status reports and project documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
    (MBA or PMP certification is a strong plus)
  • 4 6 years of experience in project management, including at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role
  • Demonstrated success in managing software implementation projects, preferably in enterprise or healthcare IT
  • Strong command of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, Asana)
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and time-management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • A very good command of French is essential.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
