Job Description

The Project Manager - Infrastructure is responsible for leading and managing complex infrastructure projects from inception to completion. This role involves the coordination and management of project resources, budget, and timelines to ensure successful delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to liaise with stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met while aligning with organizational goals. They will demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities, a strategic mindset, and in-depth knowledge of infrastructure project management practices. This position requires someone who is adept at navigating the challenges of multiple concurrent projects and is capable of reliably delivering results in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and execution of infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs, using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to identify areas for improvement.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties and stakeholders in the project lifecycle.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks and identify potential project issues.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to meet project deliverables and deadlines.
  • Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders, enhancing transparency and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards during project execution.
  • Oversee project financials, ensuring projects are delivered within approved budget and timeframes.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field required.
  • A minimum of five years of experience managing infrastructure projects preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly.
  • Proven ability to manage projects with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • PMP certification or other recognized project management qualification is highly desirable.
  • Experience with risk management and familiar with relevant regulatory requirements.
