Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee the management of company projects from contract award through to transfer of ownership, including the planning of project milestones by allocating necessary resources, establishing budgets through detailed costing models, monitoring progress, and ensuring that all project objectives are achieved.

Forecast and achieve projected revenue targets, oversee project cash flows, and resolve any payment-related disputes in a timely manner.

Lead and coordinate the activities of various project stakeholders, including teams from engineering, production, procurement, quality assurance, logistics, and other relevant departments.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure compliance with client contractual requirements, adhering strictly to contract stipulations and internal company policies.

Develop, manage, and control project budgets to optimize costs while identifying potential opportunities to enhance revenue and overall project profitability.

Provide regular and comprehensive progress reports to senior management and relevant stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication between all project teams and clients.

Identify, evaluate, and mitigate potential project risks by implementing proactive risk management strategies and making informed decisions to minimize adverse impacts.

Desired Candidate Profile

For this Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering - Preferably Instrumentation, Electronics or Mechanical
  • Technical knowledge on Instrumentation Portfolio (Flowmeters, Pressure, Temperature, Level measurement technologies etc.)

Preferred Qualifications that set you apart

  • Knowledge of Contractual Terms and Conditions and trade standards (Incoterms etc.)
  • PMP Certification
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Project Management
