Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and oversee all stages of interior fit-out projects. Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow. Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules to meet client and company expectations. Review drawings, material approvals, and subcontractor performance. Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders. Identify risks, implement corrective actions, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Lead site meetings and prepare project progress reports for management. Requirements:
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. 8–12 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out project management. Proven track record delivering hospitality, retail, or corporate projects. Strong technical knowledge of fit-out, MEP coordination, and joinery. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. UAE driving license preferred. Job Type: Full-time.
Project Manager: 5 years (Required) License/Certification: PMP Certification (Preferred)
