Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of IT projects, from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, budgets, and risk registers.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, infrastructure, and business users.
• Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks/issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure proper documentation, governance, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage relationships with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Facilitate project meetings, prepare status reports, and present updates to management or steering committees.
• Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of project management standards.
• Ensure solutions meet business needs, technical requirements, and quality expectations.

• Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in IT project management, preferably in applications, infrastructure, or systems integration projects.
• Proven track record of delivering multiple projects independently.
• Solid understanding of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Experience working with internal IT teams and third-party vendors.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, or equivalent).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• PMP , PRINCE2 , or equivalent project management certification.
• Agile certifications (Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, etc.) are an asset.
