Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering construction projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards. The role involves coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project completion in compliance with UAE regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with consultants, engineers, architects, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with local UAE laws, regulations, and authority requirements (e.g., municipality approvals, safety standards).
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Control project costs and manage changes, variations, and claims.
  • Ensure quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) standards are maintained.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and subcontractor selection.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
  • Conduct site meetings and manage client relationships.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is highly preferred.
  • 15+ years of proven experience in managing major construction projects in the GCC.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management principles, industry standards and construction best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in High-rise, Infrastructure, or Industrial Projects.
  • Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.).
  • Familiarity with UAE authority regulations and approval processes.
