Project Manager Technomak Energy International FZC

P & L responsibility with associated commercial and financial accountability including revenue delivery, margin and overhead management, budget and forecast determination and attainment, risk and opportunity reviews, cost controls, accounts payable/billing and collection

Develop detailed project / call out plans outlining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.

Define project milestones and KPIs to measure progress and success for medium to large value projects

Monitor project progress and address any issues or changes in scope that may arise

Establishes project procedures and leads production of project execution plan including the scope of work, deliverables list, master schedule, budget, etc

Regularly reports project progress to senior management and/or the customer

Coordinate and lead project meetings to ensure alignment with Management and teams.

Collaborate with Management to identify opportunities for business improvements.

Allocate and oversee the deployment resources ensuring they meet project requirements.

Engage with key Management to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.

Facilitate communication between technical teams and support units to ensure project alignment.

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors / subcontractors to secure necessary resources and support.

Ensure that all projects meet quality the standards and business needs.

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, progress reports, claims, Letters and post-implementation reviews.

Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and outcomes.
