Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage and oversee building construction projects, including high-rise residential and commercial towers, leisure centers, healthcare facilities, etc
· Oversee all aspects of project delivery from planning through execution
· Coordinate with international consultants and project management firms
· Ensure timely and successful completion of projects within budget and to the required quality standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
· Minimum 15 years of site experience, including at least 7 years as a Project Manager on large-scale building projects
· Proven track record delivering projects valued between AED 200M – 700M
· Previous experience with a leading contracting company, preferably in the UAE
· Strong communication skills and command of English
