Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Consulting Project Manager with strong experience in strategy execution, PMO, performance management, and process improvement to support a government entity in UAE. This is a business consulting role (NOT IT project management).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement enterprise KPI frameworks and performance management systems

  • Design and monitor OKRs / Balanced Scorecard / KPIs

  • Lead strategic initiatives and transformation programs

  • Establish and manage PMO governance frameworks

  • Conduct process improvement and optimization initiatives

  • Support strategic planning, research, and business studies

  • Improve customer experience journeys and service delivery

  • Prepare executive dashboards and performance reports


Required Experience:

  • 6–10 years experience in:

    • Strategy / consulting / PMO / performance management

  • Hands-on experience in:

    • KPI development (business KPIs)

    • Enterprise performance management

    • Process improvement / business transformation

    • Governance frameworks (non-IT)

    • Strategic planning / research

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Qualifications: Masters degree, PMP qualification or equivalent mandatory

  • Experience with UAE / GCC government or large organizations preferred

  • Bilingual: English & Arabic - Mandatory
