Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Orchestrate the end-to-end integration of Human-to-Human (H2H) systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality across platforms.
- Lead and manage integration projects, from initial planning and scoping to execution, testing, and deployment, adhering to strict timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to define integration requirements and technical specifications.
- Identify and mitigate integration risks, proactively addressing potential issues and ensuring project success through effective problem-solving.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Finance, Banking, or related field.
PMP / Prince2 certification preferred.
Agile/Scrum certification is an advantage.
Experience Required
8-12+ years of banking experience.
Minimum 7 years in Corporate Banking project delivery.
Hands-on experience in Host-to-Host integrations.
Experience working with large corporate clients in UAE/GCC preferred.
