Roles & Responsibilities

What You ll Drive

  • Lead the planning, execution, budgeting, invoicing, and successful completion of building projects.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, authorities, and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage and coordinate all project resources, including HSE, construction, engineering, planning, commercial, and QA/QC teams.
  • Ensure full compliance with contract conditions, specifications, standards, and internal management systems.
  • Oversee contract administration and manage subcontracts in coordination with the commercial team.
  • Control project budgets, cost reporting, cash flow, and forecasting.
  • Review and manage project schedules, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions when required.
  • Ensure timely procurement and mobilization of subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
  • Manage subcontractor and supplier performance and coordinate all project interfaces.
  • Oversee technical coordination to ensure constructability, buildability, and efficient sequencing.
  • Manage variations, claims, and change processes in coordination with the commercial team.
  • Lead coordination and progress meetings and provide accurate reporting to senior management.
  • Ensure timely preparation of as-built documentation and successful project handover and close-out.
  • Promote value engineering and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Take full accountability for health, safety, and environmental performance and promote a strong safety culture on site.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 15 years experience in construction projects, including at least 7 years as a Project Manager.

Proven track record as a Project Manager on large-scale building projects, preferably within the Middle East.

Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Building Science.

A Master s Degree in Construction Management is an added advantage.
