. Project Planning & Initiation

• Develop comprehensive project charters, business cases, scope documentation, and implementation roadmaps.

• Conduct impact assessments, resource planning, and stakeholder mapping.

• Define project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria aligned with business goals.

2. Execution & Delivery

• Drive project execution across cloud, data, and digital teams ensuring clarity on roles, deliverables, and timelines.

• Utilize tools such as MS Project, PWA, Jira, or equivalent platforms to manage tasks, dependencies, and milestones.

• Manage vendor relationships including contracts, SLAs, deliverables, and performance tracking.

• Ensure cross-functional collaboration to maintain delivery momentum.

3. Monitoring & Controlling

• Maintain detailed RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs and implement proactive risk mitigation strategies.

• Monitor KPIs, budget utilization, resource allocation, and overall project health.

• Escalate critical risks and blockers in a timely manner.

• Ensure compliance with IT security policies, enterprise architecture standards, and governance frameworks.

4. Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Provide regular project updates to leadership teams, steering committees, and key stakeholders.

• Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and solution design reviews.

• Support organizational change management through training coordination, communication planning, and adoption strategies.

5. Project Closure

• Ensure successful completion of deliverables including user acceptance testing (UAT), documentation, and operational handover.

• Coordinate transition to operations and support teams.

• Conduct lessons learned sessions and knowledge transfer activities.
