About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished Project Manager with extensive experience in EPC design and engineering for large-scale onshore, offshore, and greenfield oil & gas projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working with diversified and credible companies in line with international standards and Mannesmann-scope projects. This role demands strong leadership, client interfacing skills, and the ability to deliver complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the overall project management for EPC Oil & Gas projects (onshore, offshore, greenfield) from concept to handover.

Plan, direct, and coordinate engineering design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover activities.

Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, HSE requirements, and project specifications.

Manage multidisciplinary engineering teams, subcontractors, and vendors to achieve project goals.

Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets, schedules, and resources.

Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.

Act as the primary point of contact with clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any project challenges promptly.

Review and approve key project deliverables, technical documents, and engineering reports.

Maintain compliance with local and international codes and standards.

Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned across project teams.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline (Master’s preferred).

15+ years of proven experience in EPC oil & gas project management, including onshore, offshore, and greenfield projects.

ADNOC project approval (mandatory).

Demonstrated experience working with large, diversified EPC contractors similar to Mannesmann scope.

Strong technical knowledge in design and engineering for oil & gas facilities.

Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar projects with complex scopes and tight deadlines.

Strong communication skills for interfacing with clients, authorities, and internal teams.

PMP or equivalent project management certification (preferred).
