Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Derive and execute a Profitable Solution by understanding the Project Scope and Practical Compliance
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure all projects are profitable and on time
- Lead, manage, and hold the team accountable
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience managing mechanical projects in sectors like oil & gas construction, power & chemical plants.
- A keen eye on all areas of project management for making projects profitable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail in project execution.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to manage relationships with clients, vendors, and team members effectively.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders in both written and verbal forms.
